Overview
The Civil Monetary Penalties (CMP) Reinvestment Fund is a federal fund collection of imposed penalties against certified nursing facilities deemed non-compliant. These funds are used for projects that directly benefit individuals residing in a nursing facility. The goal of the CMP Reinvestment Funds are to help protect and improve the quality of life and care for individuals in a nursing facility. Utilizing CMP Reinvestment Funds provides the unique opportunity to improve the lives of many citizens of the Commonwealth.

The DMAS CMPRP Team is excited to announce a Request for Applications for CMP-Reinvestment Projects under the restructured policies by CMS (QSO23-23NHs). View and download an overview of these changes and the application process.
Applications are being accepted through 5 p.m. EST, January 31, 2025, via eVA, the Commonwealth’s electronic procurement system. Please review and complete all information thoroughly.
